HOW IT WORKS
ONE WINTER. REAL PROGRESS.
Game Changer 4 runs 11 weekly, 1-hour sessions from December through the end of February. Groups are capped at 15 players per coach at every age, so every player still gets coached, not just supervised.
Players are grouped by age and ability so they are always challenged at the right level. Every player gets an individual development plan and the Game Changer Journal, with a mid-cycle review and a coach/parent closeout at the end.
It is the best-value way to keep developing through the winter, without the 1-on-1 price tag.

U8–U12 · BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
Technical fundamentals, ball mastery, and fun competitive games. Building the foundation for long-term development.
MIDDLE-SCHOOL PLAYERS
U13–U16 · INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
Higher intensity sessions focused on tactical awareness, speed of play, and match-ready conditioning.
HIGH SCHOOL & VARSITY
U15–VARSITY · ADVANCED PLAYERS
Elite-level sessions for varsity and college-prep players. Position-specific work, advanced tactics, and performance conditioning.
SESSION STRUCTURE
EVERY SESSION COUNTS

WARM-UP & ACTIVATION
Dynamic warm-up, ball mastery, and movement activation — getting players physically and mentally ready to train.

TECHNICAL BLOCK
The technical focus for the session — could be passing, dribbling, shooting, or first touch. Drilled with repetition and feedback.

TACTICAL APPLICATION
Small-sided games and positional scenarios where players apply the technical skills in a competitive environment.
04
COOLDOWN & REVIEW
Recovery stretch, session debrief, and key takeaways. Players leave knowing exactly what to work on before next session.
